My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms had a special heritage touch, and I particularly loved the exclusive larger suites with a balcony. The stocked minibar and luxurious bedding made it a perfect retreat, complemented by the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The only downside was that the rooms were a bit on the humid side, but overall a fantastic experience.

The service, especially at night, was kind and helpful, with standout employees like the doormen and F & B Mr Jeet. The location is good, near many shops and restaurants, though there was an issue with the showerhead spraying water everywhere in the morning.
